Use

Deeply cleanse and exfoliate together or one after the other.

Use to cleanse body and face. Lather with warm water and let sit on skin for a few minutes for nutrient absorption.

Mix with water to apply as a mask after cleansing. Allow to sit for 5-20 minutes for maximum absorption.
